1. I am requesting a copy of the memorandum of understanding and/or agreement for your local school/college partnership(s). This may cover school pupils attending college and/or school pupils having further education input within school setting.

1. Moray schools work in academic partnership with UHI Moray College in support of widened senior phase pathways, where pupils apply to College to study additional courses, mainly through "College Wednesday" provision. There is no local further education input within school settings.  Following changes in key academic partner representatives in January 2026, a memorandum of understanding is under further consideration.
