For each of the eight secondary schools under Moray Council I would like to know:
For the years 2023, 2024, 2025.
1. The number of violent/aggressive incidents against a teacher by a pupil.
2. The number of violent/aggressive incidents by a pupil against a pupil.
3. The number of times police attendance was required at the school due to a violent/aggressive incident.
4. The number of times a teacher required medical attention following a violent incident.
5. The number of times a pupil required medical attention following a violent incident.
6. The number of teaching days missed due to staff absences where the reason for absence was mental health.
7. The number of PSA’s employed at the school.
8. The number of class teachers employed at the school.
9. The percentage of pupils with Additional Support Needs (ASN).

2. -5. To find the information officers would have to search through every pupil file individually. With thousands of pupil files, this task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with these requests.
6. Not held. We do not have a category of 'mental health' on our system. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
