As at the most recent available date (preferably the current financial year 2025/26 or as at 31 March 2025 if easier), please confirm what percentage of domestic council tax accounts in your authority area are currently liable to pay for the full 100% council tax charge, with no discount, exemption, or Council Tax Reduction (CTR) applied?

1. Effective of 1st March 2025, Moray Council had 47,830 live Council Tax accounts. Of that there are 25,577 Council Tax accounts which are due the full 100% charge. This equates to 53.47% of the total properties.
