1. Please provide us with the following details in regards to notices/Orders that have been made by Moray Council under the legislation listed above:

a) Notices or Orders that remain extant as at 12th February 2026

b) Notices or Orders that have been complied with and have monies owed to Moray Council as at 12th February 2026

c) Notices or Orders that have invoices pending in respect of works carried out by or on behalf of Moray Council to resolve the matter as at 12th February 2026

 

If it is not possible for the details of outstanding monies to be confirmed then please provide us with the following details:

d) Summary descriptions of the nature of the works/contravention.

e) Relevant dates.

f) Status of the action.

g) Amounts owed to the council (when available).

Section 88, Section 89, Section 90, Section 91, and Section 108, have been repealed.

Section 114 , Section 115 - Details of Closing and Demolition Orders are available on the Moray Council website and this information is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. Section 160, Section 161, Section 162, Section 166, Section 167, Section 169, Section 178 and Section 184 have been repealed
