1.a)  Notices or Orders  served by Moray Council Environmental Health Section in terms of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006, that remain extant as at 12th February 2026 would be available on the Moray Council website is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
