Further to the council’s recently concluded tender for a CRM please could you advise:
1. What is the contract start date?
2. What is the length of the contract?
3. What are the one-off costs?
4. What are the annual costs?
5. Integrations with which 3rd party/back end software systems are specifically included in these costs? Please name the software suppliers and software in question.
