1.  I would like to request your HMO register in csv or an Excel readable format, including the following fields if they are held:

Type of licence
HMO address
Name of licence holder
Address of licence holder
Name of person managing
Address of manager
Licence commencement date
Maximum number of persons in the HMO
Number of rooms (total)
Number of rooms (various – e.g. living room, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms etc.)

2.  In addition, I would like to request the total number of new HMO applications approved by year.

3.  And the total number of actively licensed properties on the register, by year.
