1.  What is the approach of the Moray council with regard to the fire bye law, which has been applied to the Cairngorm National Park (CNP)  recently.

2.  Will there be a similar bylaw for Moray soon?

3.  If not, could you please explain why not.

1.  The bye law relates to areas within the national park only and will be enforced by National Park Staff.

2.  No decision has been made with regards the measures the Council will take to address wildfires, this includes any decision around bylaws.

3.  The Council is considering what approach its needs to take to develop an integrated approach to address wildfires, in line with the resources available.
