1.  How many high hedge notices/orders have been issued by the local authority in each financial year (up to and including 31 March 2025), with a breakdown by year, since the High Hedges (Scotland) Act 2013 came into effect on 1 April 2014?

2.  In each of the last five financial years (up to and including 31 March 2025), with a breakdown by year, please can you tell me:

a) The number of applications made under Section 2 of the High Hedges (Scotland) Act 2013.

b)  The number of these applications that the council decided action should be taken and, separately, that action should not be taken.

c)  The number of appeals made under Section 12, broken down into successful and unsuccessful appeals.

d)  The number of times where the local authority took enforcement action under Section 22.

e)  The number of applications for warrant made in terms of Section 23, broken down into successful and unsuccessful applications.
