EIR Request - Private Water Supplies

I am writing to request information under The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations.

We are looking for any information you may hold on all Private Water Supplies in your council area.
 
As a guide, we would be looking for information such as:
• Location / co-ordinates
• CAR licence or registration details (including permitted abstraction volume)
• Date of installation
• Type of water supply
• Depth of any borehole, and water level in any borehole
• Details of any inspections or testing that may have been completed

However, we would gladly accept any additional information you my hold beyond the above list.
