I am a PhD researcher at the University of Glasgow. My research focuses on assessment and evaluation of public library services in Scotland. I would like to know:

1.  Have any external evaluations or audits been conducted on public library services between 1 January 2016 - 31 December 2024 (other than CIPFA metrics and “How Good Is Our Public Library Service?” peer review)?

2.  If yes, please provide copies of full reports, audits, and summaries in your response.

3.  Between 1 January 2016 - 31 December 2024, were there any partnership arrangements with academic institutions, community groups, or third sector organisations that involved assessment or evaluation of public library services?

4.  If yes, please provide copies of any documentation (e.g., partnership agreements, reports, recommendations) in your response.

Moray Council's sport and culture service was created in June 2021. Libraries fall within the remit of this service area.
