I am a PhD researcher at the University of Glasgow. My research focuses on assessment and evaluation of public library services in Scotland. I would like to know:

1.  Between 1 January 2016 - 31 December 2024, have any community consultations about public library services taken place?

2.  If yes, what form of consultation was undertaken (e.g., electronic surveys, physical surveys, email, in person interviews, online interviews, in person group panels, online group panels, etc.)?

3.  If yes, please provide copies of original surveys, interview questions, full findings reports and any summaries of findings.

4.  Between 1 January 2016 - 31 December 2024, were there any internal reports or documentation outlining how to identify and engage library stakeholders (e.g., stakeholder mapping, community engagement strategies, inclusion plans, equality impact assessments)?

5.  If yes, please include copies of reports or documentation in your response.

2. Electronic and physical surveys (same survey questions), stakeholder workshop

3. Please find attached Libraries Workshop Report, Phase 2 Budget Survey - Libraries and Library Public Survey Summary Findings.

4. No – simply discussions, no documentation.  No decisions/changes were taken between 2021 and end of Dec 2024 during this period therefore no equality impact assessments were published.
