FOI Request - CIPFA Annual Library Statistics

I am a PhD researcher at the University of Glasgow. My research focuses on assessment and evaluation of public library services in Scotland. I would like to know:

1.  Does the library service complete annual library statistics to be sent to CIPFA?
2.  If the answer is yes, please include a copy of CIPFA library statistics for the years 2016 - 2024.
