Details of the number of instances and the financial costs (both in original purchasing, and making good respects) of all branding errors associated with Moray Council procurement since 1 January 2015 to the date of this email.  This relates to the Council’s purchase of any item which was incorrectly branded and where additional costs have been incurred to remedy any such situations.  So, for example, if the Council order wheelie bins and they arrived saying ‘Murray Council’.  Please detail all such instances of incorrect branding, the costs of the original contracts, the costs of remedying such situations, and the number of disciplinary actions taken against council employees for such errors.
