FOI Request - Grievances Raised by Support Staff in Schools

1. The number of grievances raised by support staff eg pupil support, administrative staff all non teaching staff that work in primary and secondary schools against teachers within moray council from January 2020 until August 2025.

2. A breakdown of the outcomes of these grievances. How many was upheld, not upheld, withdrawn and resolved informally.

3. Copies of any policies or guidance documents provided by the local authority to schools on the handling of such grievance.

I am not requesting any personal or identifying information about individuals. I only seek anonymised aggregated data.
