As part of our commitment to providing safe, effective, and person-centred Occupational Therapy services, we occasionally work with external companies to support the assessment and provision of specialist equipment.

To progress these assessments, it may be necessary to share relevant personal information—such as your name, contact details, and clinical needs—with trusted third-party providers. This allows them to offer expert advice, arrange home visits, or deliver tailored equipment solutions that meet your individual requirements.

We only share data that is essential for the assessment process, and we do so in line with data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. All companies we work with are carefully vetted and required to handle your information securely and confidentially.
