FOI Request - Schools Serving Halal Meat

I am writing this email to inquire which primary and secondary schools in the Moray area are serving halal meat to the students and which schools have not informed or asked the parents about this.

All schools within the Moray Council area are supplied with fresh chicken that is halal certified.  For any pupil requiring an adapted diet due to cultural or medical reasons, parents or carers are encouraged to contact the School Catering Team at schoolmeals@moray.gov.uk
Upon receiving such a request, the team will engage in discussions to assess the pupil’s needs and implement an appropriate adapted diet where necessary.
