I am requesting information about your Council’s Road Maintenance Team office staff. For clarity, this request relates only to office-based roles (e.g., road inspector, road technician, road engineer, road team leader, road manager). Please exclude operatives, seasonal staff, and contractors.

1. Organisational structure – Please provide a copy of the current organisational chart (or equivalent document) for the Road Maintenance Team, showing reporting lines between the above roles. If no chart exists, please provide a written description.
2. Staffing dataset - Please complete the Excel template, and send it back electronically. Which requests:
