Scope and timeframe

Please provide the following for academic years 2020/21 to 2024/25 (year-to-date):

A. Devices and usage
• Devices issued to pupils each year; devices currently in active use.
• Repairs completed and average turnaround time.
• Where held, devices retired/disposed and average age at retirement.

B. Spend and procurement
• Total spend on devices, accessories and warranties each year.
• MDM/management solution(s) used and annual cost (service-level total).
• Procurement framework/contract references in use.

C. Policy and support
• Any current policy/guidance on device entitlement, care and replacements.

Format
Please supply CSV/XLSX. Fields like academic_year, devices_issued, devices_active, repairs_completed, avg_turnaround_days, device_spend_gbp, mdm_spend_gbp.

Advice & assistance / cost
