Scope and timeframe

Please provide the following for academic years 2015/16 to 2024/25 (year-to-date) for Educational Psychology services supporting schools:

A. Capacity and activity (annual):
Educational Psychologist FTE (establishment and in-post).
Vacancies (FTE) and average time-to-fill (if recorded).
Number of referrals received.
Number of assessments or statutory advice reports completed.

B. Waiting times (annual, with most recent monthly position if held):
Median and 90th percentile time from referral to first contact/triage.
Median and 90th percentile time from referral to completion of assessment/statutory advice.
Number of cases open beyond your local waiting-time standard (please state the standard).

C. Use of external capacity (annual):
Spend on external/locum EPs and number of cases supported, where held.

D. Policy, standards and systems:
Any current waiting-time standards/targets and referral triage policy.
System(s) used to manage referrals/caseload and any standard reports used.

Please supply CSV or XLSX. Fields like academic_year, ep_fte_establishment, ep_fte_in_post, vacancies_fte, referrals, assessments_completed, median_days_referral_to_first_contact, p90_days_referral_to_first_contact, median_days_referral_to_completion, p90_days_referral_to_completion would be helpful.
