Scope and timeframe

Please provide the following for academic years 2020/21 to 2024/25 (year-to-date) for school services (using your nearest equivalent role titles where PSA is not used):

A. Workforce and vacancies (annual):
• Pupil Support Assistant FTE employed.
• Vacancies (headcount) at 30 September each year.

B. Pay and grading (annual):
• Gross paybill/spend for these roles (please state if figures include on-costs).
• Grading/JE profile and typical hourly rate ranges (or the applicable pay circular extract).

C. Agency/relief (annual, where held):
• Spend on agency/relief for these roles, separate from the paybill.

D. Policy/guidance:
• Any current policy/guidance for PSA deployment or grading.

Please supply data in CSV or XLSX. Fields like academic_year, psa_fte, psa_vacancies, psa_paybill_gbp, grade, hourly_rate_min, hourly_rate_max would be helpful.
