FOI Request - Community Payback Orders

I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002:

1. For the most recent completed financial year (e.g. 2024/25), please provide the total number of hours of unpaid work imposed as part of Community Payback Orders (CPOs) by courts in your local authority area.

2. For the same period, please provide the total number of hours of unpaid work completed.

3. For the same period, please provide the total number of hours of unpaid work outstanding or not yet completed.

4. Please also provide the most up-to-date figure you hold (as at the date of responding to this FOI) for the total number of CPO unpaid work hours that remain outstanding in your local authority area.

5. Please provide a list or description of the unpaid work activities currently being undertaken, or offered, under Community Payback Orders in your local authority area. If available, please provide the number of individuals or hours assigned to each type of activity in the most recent full financial year.
