1. Has your council used the DWP Third Party Deductions Scheme to claim money back from Universal Credit claimants in the last year, from September 1 2024 to August 31 2025?

a) If so, how much money did the council recoup for debts using the DWP scheme from September 1 2024 to August 31 2025,

b) what was the nature of these debts (ie please state how much for council tax arrears, etc),

c) how many people did you recoup debts from via the scheme?
