1. In the 2023 calendar year Moray Council received 376 planning enforcement enquiries (information provided in the response to FOI 101003780342) and by searching the Enforcement Register (as suggested in the response provided in response to FOI 101003830578) in the same calendar year Moray Council initiated 1 formal enforcement action (23/00048/ENF). Is this information accurate?
2. In the 2024 calendar year Moray Council received 249 planning enforcement enquiries (information provided in the response to FOI 101003780342) and by searching the Enforcement Register (as suggested in the response provided in response to FOI 101003830578) in the same calendar year Moray Council initiated 2 formal enforcement actions (24/00101/ENF and 24/00064/ENF). Is this information accurate?
3. In the 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 financial years please provide the total cost in each year (including salaries and pension contributions) of the full time equivalent staff employed by Moray Council whose role was primarily focused on planning enforcement?

1. Yes, albeit 22/00101/ENF relating to land in Elgin was issued in April 2023. Added to Register.
2. Yes, albeit 23/00193/ENF relating to land in Elgin was issued in November 2024. Added to Register.
