I request non-personal records of business/industry/economic development grants awarded by Moray Council between 1 January 2015 and today.

1. Part A – Allocation history (dataset)
• Business name
• Company number (if recorded)
• Programme name and round/year
• Approved amount
• Project title/description
• Date of approval

2. Part B – Edited copies of original successful submissions (bakery sector only)
Edited copies of original successful submissions (application + core attachments) for bakery recipients, limited to: project summary; generic scope/equipment; aggregated budget & co-funding; anticipated outcomes; any council assessment summary/recommendation.

3. Part C – Letters of support for external bakery grants (e.g., FPMC)
Copies/extracts with summary, support text, and date.

1. Please find attached a list of Business and industry grants 2015 - 2025. Please note, details such as Business name and company number are commercially sensitive. Disclosure of the requested information could substantially prejudice commercial interests and so it is exempt under section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, commercial interests. 

2.& 3.  Not held. There were no grants for bakery sector. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
