Please provide a breakdown of itemised expenses claims for each elected member of The Moray Council from May 2022 – present. For each itemised claim for each councillor, please include:
• Date expense incurred;
• Date claimed;
• Category of claim (transport, IT, etc);
• Purpose and/or description of claim;
• Amount claimed;
• Amount paid.

To provide the information broken down as requested would take more than 40 hours. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
