Three requests relating to Findochty Harbour:
I. Rowing Skiff Phoenix:
I seek information regarding the rowing skiff Phoenix, specifically in relation to its use of facilities at Findochty Harbour. My request concerns the following:
1. Hardstanding Mooring Allocation:
On what basis has the skiff Phoenix been allocated a hardstanding mooring space at Findochty Harbour.
Were other vessels considered or declined during its allocation. If so, why.
2. Fees and Charges:
What fees (if any) were paid by the owners/operators of Phoenix for its hardstanding mooring.
Has the vessel been charged in accordance with the published harbour fees and charges.
3. Correspondence and Internal Communication:
Please provide copies of any correspondence (emails, letters, memos) between harbour officials, Moray Council staff, or third parties relating to the allocation or treatment of Phoenix at Findochty Harbour.
II. Harbour Revision Order
1. I am requesting, under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, a copy of the current Harbour Revision Order (or any equivalent statutory instrument or byelaws) that governs the operation of Findochty Harbour.
