I am requesting information regarding senior executive pay and staffing at your council.

Please provide the following details in electronic format where possible, for the 2024/25 financial year unless otherwise specified:

1.  What are the total annual salaries, including bonuses and any additional allowances, for each of the council’s senior executives (e.g., Chief Executive, Directors, and Heads of Service) for the 2024/25 financial year?

2.  How many council employees, including senior executives, earn an annual salary exceeding £100,000, (including pensions contributions, bonuses, expenses, and benefits)?

3.  What is the ratio of the highest-paid executive’s total remuneration to the median salary of all council employees for the 2024/25 financial year?

4.  How many council employees earn an annual salary exceeding £77,000 in the 2024/25 financial year?

5.  What was the total staff headcount (full-time & part-time equivalent) for the council in the 2014/15 financial year, and what is the total staff headcount for the 2024/25 financial year?
