FOI Request - Business Registrations and Inspections

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I'm writing to request the following information relating to the operation of barbershops, vape shops, nail bars/beauty salons, car washes, Harry Potter shops and American-style candy shops (e.g. selling imported sweets or novelty confectionery) in your council area.
For the period spanning 30 June 2020 to 30 June 2025, please specify:

1. Business Licences and Registrations
a) A list of all businesses in the categories listed above that have applied for or been granted a licence to operate within your area during this period.
b) For each business, please include:
i) Name of business
ii) Type of business
iii) Address
iv) Date of licence application and approval Business licence number
v) Any declarations made about beneficial ownership

2. Enforcement and Complaints
a) The number of inspections (routine or complaint-driven – please specify which) carried out on these businesses during the same period.
b) Please provide a breakdown of:
i) How many were found to be in breach of regulations (e.g. licensing, trading standards, health and safety, etc.)
ii) The nature of the breaches (brief description)
iii) Any penalties issued (fines, closures, warnings)
iv)  The number of businesses referred to other authorities (e.g. Police Scotland, HMRC, NCA)
v) The name of the authority/authorities to which these firms were referred.

3. Business Rate Relief
a) A list of businesses in the above categories that have received Small Business Bonus Scheme relief or any other form of business rates relief.
b) Please include:
i) Name and address of the business
ii) Type of relief received
iii) Amount of relief granted per financial year

I would prefer the information to be provided in Excel or CSV format if possible. If this request is too broad, please advise how I might narrow it.
