FOI Request - Sports Grounds and Playing Fields

Request 101003820431

I should be grateful for certain details regarding the public playing fields and sports grounds in various towns in Moray.

Specifically, I should like information in respect of the public football, cricket, rugby or other "team" recreation or sports grounds in the Moray Council area.

To clarify and simplify the request, I do not seek information on sports facilities which are within and part of school premises;  nor on those sports grounds such as golf courses, tennis courts, squash courts or bowling greens which are primarily for individual activities rather than team games or matches.
In each case I should like the following details for each recreation or sports ground.  I am happy to receive the information either in a spreadsheet (Excel or similar) table or as a PDF file or Word document.
1.  Town or location (eg Elgin)
2.  Property name (eg Cooper Park)
3.  Common Good property? (Yes/No)
4.  Nature of sports activity (eg football, cricket, rugby, shinty, athletics etc)
5.  Valuation Roll Reference (where available)
6.  Access arrangements (either open/accessible to public - as for example a town recreation park - or controlled by owner/user, as for example a football stadium)
7.  Nature of any buildings or structures on the site (eg pavilion. grandstand, changing rooms, toilets.  If none, list as park/playing field only)
8.  Owner/proprietor/title holder (eg Moray Council, or XXXXX club)
9.   Tenants/occupiers/users (name of user teams or clubs)
10. Who pays (or is liable for payment of) non-domestic rates (NDR) on the property?
11. Who pays (or is liable for payment of) any local BID levy?
