Please provide figures for the following financial years: 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25.

1.  How much has the council spent each year since 2018 on the provision of period products broken down by:
a) Amount allocated to the provision of period product in schools.
b) Amount allocated to the provision of period products in the community.
c) Amount allocated to cover any administrative costs.
d) Total amount spent each year.

2. If there was an underspend on this funding at the end of financial year 23-24 when this restricted funding was moved into general funding:
(a) how much was in restricted reserves for this and;  
(b) what did you do with this funding?  

3. How much has the council allocated to spend on the provision of period products in financial year 2024-25 and 2025-26?
