FOI Request - Operational Libraries

I would be grateful if you could provide:

1. A schedule showing the number of operational public libraries in your council area for each year from 2007/08 to 2024/25 inclusive.

Please only include libraries in fixed buildings / structures rather than library vans. During the Covid lockdown years, please include libraries that would have been opened if they were not required to shut by restrictions during the pandemic.
