1.  Total amount of community benefit payments made since the fund's establishment.

2.  A breakdown of fund allocation by year and by community/project.

3.  Current unspent or reserved funds as of the latest financial statement.

4.  Copies of monitoring, auditing, or evaluation reports related to the fund.

5.  Details on the governance and decision-making processes for fund distribution.

6.  Any documented concerns or complaints regarding fund management.

1. Section 17 – information not held – is applicable because Moray Council has no input or role in the administration of the Beatrice Community Benefit Fund. It is long established that given the risk of perception that planning decisions might be influenced by the perceived incentives of Community Benefit funds, that it does not play any substantive consideration in the planning consenting process, and nor does the Moray Council (as Planning Authority) then oversee of take part in its administration or monitoring.
