EIR Request - Soil and Water Sampling on Wind Farms

Please provide all recorded information held by Moray Council concerning any soil sampling and/or water sampling conducted in relation to any wind farm development (whether operational, under construction, or decommissioned) located within your Council's jurisdiction.

1.  The names and locations of any wind farm sites where soil and/or water sampling has been conducted by or on behalf of the Council.
2.  The dates on which any such soil and/or water sampling was carried out.
3.  The type of samples taken (e.g. soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment).
4.  The contamination parameters tested for in each sampling event (e.g. pH, hydrocarbons, heavy metals, concrete leachate, radon, fire retardant residues, etc).
5.  The results of any such sampling exercises (either summary reports or full laboratory analysis results if held).
6.  Any reports, internal assessments, or correspondence discussing the sampling results and any contamination risks identified (if any).
7.  Any actions taken or considered by the Council as a result of any soil or water sampling relating to wind farms.

Clarifications:
• I am not requesting full environmental impact assessments (EIAs) or developer-provided planning submissions, unless they specifically contain soil or water sampling data generated or commissioned directly by the Council.

• I am limiting this request to records held from 5TH DECEMBER 2005 to PRESENT

• If 'no sampling' has ever been conducted, I request written confirmation of this fact.

• I am not requesting copies of documents, test result summarised documents, or any other such documents, simply the test result raw data of any sampling.
