FOI Request - Common Good Land and Transition Town Forres

1.  Please provide details of the status of the lease on a piece of Common Good land at Bogton Road, Forres.

2.  Is the Transition Town Forres (TTF) Trust's lease on the Bogton Road site still in the name of TTF and still legally operational since it vacated the site on 01.04.2025?

3.  If it is not, please advise if another organisation can apply for a new lease on the site.

4.  Please provide an update on the status of the lease.

1. This area is currently still held under a lease.  

2. The lease is registered and therefore this information is publicly available from Registers of Scotland www.ros.gov.uk . Nonetheless we can confirm the lease is in the name of TTF and is still in existence.

3. Not applicable

4. As stated above, the lease is still in existence.
