FOI Request - Forres Academy Building

FOI Request relating to proposed new Forres Academy build.

1. Please confirm if a SEPA Report has been obtained for the proposed site of the new Forres Academy at Applegrove / Roysvale.  If so, please provide a copy and if not please confirm when it will be obtained.

2. Please confirm if Scottish Water has confirmed whether the existing combined drain will be separated as part of the new academy build and provide copies of relevant correspondence.  In addition will new drainage be installed in the surrounding area?

3. What is the height of the elevated base of the new proposed Forres Academy building? It has been previously advised that the building would be elevated to alleviate flooding risks.

4. Where will the holding tanks be located on the proposed school building site and what size / type will they be?  Will the water from the holding tanks be able to emptied and / or is it a rainwater harvesting system?

5. Will Forres community centre close as a result of the creation of a community hub at the new school?
