FOI Request - Warmer Home Discount Changes

There was recently a government consultation on the expansion of the Warmer Home Discount scheme to consumers who do not have a direct relationship with their electricity supplier such as people who live in a care home or social housing tenants who have their electricity included in their rent or pay via a service charge  https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/expanding-the-warm-home-discount-scheme-2025-to-2026

What we would like to know from the council is
1. how many properties do they have where the council supplies the electricity and then the tenant has this included in their rent or pays via a service charge and also are the residents on means tested benefits? (and therefore eligible for the £150 payment)

1. From within Council owned housing stock, there are no tenants in this scenario. All Council tenants have their own electricity meters and therefore have a direct relationship with their electricity supplier.
