1. & 2. Details of all planning refusals, and the types of developments refused, and their layouts and capacities can all be obtained publicly via the e-planning portal on the Moray Council website. The advanced search function within the e-planning system will allow the enquirer to focus their search on refusals and development type from 2021-2025. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
