FOI Request - Sex for Rent

Under FOI, can you please let me know

1. the number of landlords who have been struck off, suspended, or otherwise removed from the landlord’s register in the past ten years for accepting sexual services in lieu of rent payments/offering accommodation in exchange for sexual services. Please provide this data, broken down by the number struck off/suspended/or otherwise removed for this by year.

2. Please also confirm whether offering accommodation in exchange for sexual services is
a) an explicit violation of the council’s landlord’s policy, whether
b) it is an inferred violation up to the assessment of the landlord register employees/council employees/decision makers, or whether
c)  it is not a violation at all, and would not lead to being removed.
