FOI Request - Elgin and Landshut Twinning

My query relates to the Elgin & Landshut (Bavaria) Town Twinning Association. I understand that the Twinning arrangement between the two towns will reach an 80th anniversary in 2026 and I understand that there may be some form of celebration in both towns to mark that moment.

Can you advise what plans there are to mark the Anniversary (or what the plans are likely to be if still not fully arranged)?

No information held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. Nonetheless we can confirm that the Council is aware of the anniversary and there it is anticipated that there will be details released to the public nearer the time.
