I request the following information about Buckie Community High School for the period 17 May 2020 to 17 May 2025.
Provide all data in a clear, itemised format (e.g., table or spreadsheet) with dates, descriptions, and outcomes.
1. Fire Safety:
a) All fire safety inspection reports (including findings and actions taken).
b) Any non-compliance issues, and their resolution.
2. Health and Safety Incidents:
a) Total number of health and safety incidents.
b) Details of incidents involving falling slates, roof tiles, leaking roofs, or similar structural issues (include dates, locations, and fixes).
3. Heating Failures:
a) Number of times the heating system failed.
b) Current count of non-functional heaters or heating units.
4. Water Fountains and Legionella:
a) Number of water fountains currently unavailable due to failed legionella tests.
5. Additional Maintenance and Safety Concerns:
a) Details of any other significant maintenance or safety issue/s reported at Buckie High School (such as electrical faults, asbestos-related concerns, or structural damage not covered above).
b) A summary of complaints or concerns raised by staff, parents, or students regarding the condition of the school's facilities
c) A summary of how the above complaints (5.b) were addressed.
