EIR Request - Historic Flood Records Barmuckity

We have been commissioned to undertake a Flood Risk Assessment for a site within Elgin Business Park, located at Barmuckity, approximately 3 km east of Elgin (Ordnance Survey National Grid Reference (OS NGR) NJ 24726 61543). Please see map attached showing the site location in red outline.
I was hoping to ask if you would be able to share with us any information regarding historic flood events (from fluvial, surface water, groundwater or overtopping of drainage systems) within the local vicinity to this area?

The Council do not have any records of flooding on this site but are aware of standing water in the fields. It should be noted that in extreme events it is likely that the Linkwood Burn will over top on to the site. This is shown on SEPA flood maps.
