I wonder if you can help me with the following questions:

1. Does your organisation have an Autism or ADHD or Neurodevelopmental Assessment Pathway within your HSCP or Health Board?

2. If the answer is yes, can you explain and share details about this assessment pathway(s)?

Please also include details on the following:
- What is/are your funding source(s)?
- The Assessment Pathway journey i.e. criteria, triage, flowcharts.
- Who leads, i.e. HSCP and/or Health Board?
- Which professionals are part of the assessment pathway(s)?
- How can referrals be made, i.e. by GP’s, self-referral?
- Are Lived Experience people involved in the planning and delivery of the pathway?
- Pre and Post assessment support
- Does your assessment pathway(s) sit in-house or as separate workstream?
