1. What Software Systems are currently used by the Council for
a) Planning, Land Charges, Building control
b) Public Protection (Licensing / Environmental Health / ASB / Trading Standards)?

2. When does each contract expire?

3. How much does each system cost annually?

4. Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If so, when?

5. How many users / licenses for each system do you have?

6. Who is the person responsible for your Software System? Please provide full name if possible.

2. 31/03/2028 with an option to extend; we hold one contract with IDOX which covers all IDOX related software which also includes other business areas not listed in this request and software unrelated to business areas listed in question 1. 3. See question 2, we are unable to split the cost due to the contract cost covers all IDOX related software. Please see our contract register for details:  http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_101331.html

4. No decision to this has been made to date

5. We hold 70 user seats for the IDOX Uniform system, this covers users of all business areas used within the IDOX Uniform system including those listed in question 1.
