FOI Request - Proposed Hydrogen Production Facility Ballindalloch

I would be obliged if you could provide me with the following information in connection with planning application reference 25/00203/EIA:

1.  All correspondence (electronic or other) / minutes of meetings between Moray Council and NatureScot in regard to the proposed Hydrogen Production facility at Ballindalloch - Marypark;

2.  All correspondence (electronic or other) / minutes of meetings between Moray Council and the planning applicant in regard to the proposed Hydrogen Production facility at Ballindalloch - Marypark;

3.  All internal emails by officers at Moray Council in regard to the Screening Opinion and Scoping Opinion in connection with the above development proposal at Ballindalloch-Marypark;

4.  A copy of the Screening Opinion issued by Moray Council to the planning applicant for the above development proposal at Ballindalloch-Marypark; and

5.  A copy of the Scoping Opinion issued by Moray Council to the planning applicant for the above development proposal at Ballindalloch-Marypark;

This information is considered commercially sensitive and is therefore exempt under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Commercial Sensitivity, where disclosure would be likely to prejudice substantially the commercial interests of any person. It is not considered to be in the public interest to release this information, as there could be negative future complications that would impact the public purse and future developments if such information were prematurely released.
