1.  What is the lowest time increment the framework through which you purchase commissioned care at home services allow for (e.g. 5 minutes, 15 minutes, etc)?

2.  When was this current framework developed and are there plans to refresh this in the next two years?

3.  How many local residents are currently in receipt of care visits (either from in house or commissioned services) of a length of:

a)  15 minutes?
b)  less than 15 minutes?

1. We do not currently commission care at home via a Framework. We have a contract with a partner provider. 15-minute visits would only be for medication.

3. a) we have 23 people across Moray who have at least one 15 minute visit

b) there are no commissioned services with visits less than 15 minutes
