The number of applications, or petitions, for a Vesting Order under Section 1021 of the Companies Act 2006 made by your local authority in the Scottish courts since the commencement of the 2006 Act on 1 October 2009.  Please note that this is not the same as compulsory purchase.

I suspect there will not be many (if at all) but I would be obliged if this could please be broken down by year and Title Number or conveyancing description to allow me to cross-reference them.
