FOI Request - Claims over Roads not Properly Maintained

1. Have you received any legal advice over potential liability regarding the prospects of claims over roads that may have perceived to be not properly maintained?

2. Can you provide all communications and correspondence between the local authority and legal advisers regarding the prospects of claims over roads that are perceived to have been not properly maintained.  These should include communications with  internal and external advisers,  meeting minutes, audio of  phone calls or any other documentation, including electronic communications, email and What's App.
