I was wondering if you could supply the following information regarding your Older People (65+) Care at Home services:

1.  Do you have an in-house council service that provides care in the community

2.  If Yes, does this provide Reablement, Ongoing Care Services or both

3.  If Yes, please detail the number of hours service provided by these teams per week

4.  If Yes, please provide the number of service users this covers as at January 2025

5.  If Yes, please detail the number of care workers/support workers currently employed by these services as at January 2025

6.  If Yes, please detail the total number of contracted hours per week for this staff group

7.  Does the service use bank staff or zero-hour contracts? If so, please provide the average number of hours used across January 2025

8.  Does your service use senior carers and if so, how many and what is the split between office/admin tasks and direct care provision

9.  Does your service operate an internal community alarm service, if so please provide the number of service users, the average number of callouts across January 2025, the number of staff used within this section and the contracted hours of this staff group
