FOI Request - Moray Drug and Alcohol Partnership Meetings

1.  Can you please provide me with copies of reports agendas and minutes of all Moray Drug and Alcohol Partnership meetings between 01/04/2024 and 05/04/2025.

2.  Can you you me with any correspondence, reports and emails  regarding Moray Drug and Alcohol Partnership and the funding for posts in Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service.

3.  Can you provide me with copies of correspondence, reports and emails regarding any changes to funding or the purpose of funding provided by Moray Drug and Alcohol Partnership to Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service.

Disclosure of the requested information could substantially prejudice commercial interests and so it is exempt under section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002: commercial interests.
Similarly, some information is exempt under Section 30 of the same Act - Prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs, as well as, Section 38(1)(b) - personal information as individuals can be or potentially could be identifiable.

The Council has considered the Public Interest in releasing this information; however, as the rates for contracted provision may be variable it is in the public interest to protect the public purse and ensure there is a good working relationship with providers. Similarly staff need to be able to discuss internal matters in confidence so that there can be free and frank discussions; as such the Public Interest does not outweigh that consideration.
